Offspring is a digital-first, startup brand with the ambition to disrupt the market with its premium, all-natural products for babies & families. The website serves as the brand’s main sales channel, as well as its brand & product information hub and acquisition point.
According to data, over 90% of visitors came from mobile devices. Hence mobile experience had been given priority, which then translate into the desktop version with RWD (Responsive Web Design).
Offspring diapers bundle offers quite some options for consumers to choose from. A customization flow was specially designed for this purpose. The comprehensive shopping page allowed users to complete the 4-steps process all in one place with ease.
To maintain the brand’s premium positioning, we gave extra attention to the use of spacing and lifestyle photos. This differentiated Offspring from other mass brands’ websites that are normally crowded with info and promos.
